
Bitpanda is one of Europe’s leading investment platforms. It gives people simple, secure access to stocks, crypto, metals, ETFs, and more — all from a single account. What started as a crypto exchange in Vienna has grown into a fully regulated, multi-asset platform used by millions across Europe.

Turning a panda into a brand
Bitpanda was a fast-growing fintech when I joined (around 250 people at the time) but it needed a clearer voice and a stronger creative foundation. I came on as the company’s first copy hire, working as Senior Creative and Lead Copywriter to help define the brand and scale it across products, markets, and teams.

Working closely with the CEOs, I wrote Bitpanda’s first brand voice guidelines, helped shape its creative direction, and led copy across major product launches — including Bitpanda Stocks, Crypto Indices, and the Bitpanda Card. It was a wild ride that helped Bitpanda become Austria’s first fintech unicorn.



A voice you can trust (and actually understand)
Bitpanda’s voice needed to do it all: sound trustworthy, feel accessible, and speak to both first-time investors and seasoned traders. I defined that voice from scratch: clear, calm, and quietly confident. Serious when it needed to be. Human when it mattered. From product naming and web copy to paid campaigns and investor materials, I helped make sure Bitpanda sounded like one company, wherever people encountered it.
